Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project technical leader with extensive experience in mechanical engineering to drive project success and business growth. This role involves leading client-facing project delivery, collaborating with internal design teams, and representing the company in industry forums.

  • Lead project delivery for clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, identifying new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services, including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design experience on building projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
