Experienced Concrete Specialist Wanted

We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Specialist to join our team for a variety of ongoing and upcoming projects within Brisbane.
Reporting to the Director/Site Supervisor, you will primarily provide site management direction, including project management and administration, as well as hands-on approach to ensure all aspects of the project are met within the company and for the client.
In addition, you will oversee all site safety processes from start to end, ensuring that all WHS obligations are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ground work set out, formwork, concrete, and industrial holding down bolt placement.
- Able to read drawings/plans and specs.
- Recent experience as a Concrete Specialist of at least 5 years.
- White Card and other trade licenses.
- WHS, including managing ITP & SWMS per project.
- Own transport.
- Loyal, hardworking, and use of own initiative.
What We Offer:
- $26.58 - $51.64 per hour.
- 38 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with 10 hour, 12 hour, and 8 hour shifts.
- Overtime pay and penalty rates.
