Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to lead our centre team and drive continuous improvement.
About the Role:
As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Early Learning, you will leverage your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your centre team. You will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team, mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, and managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
