We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Stuart Park. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the educational programs and practices within the centre, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
