Job Title:

Visitor Experience Coordinator


Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in tourism.

As the Visitor Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the visitor centre and ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the visitor centre
  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors
  • Assisting with event coordination and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in customer service and/or tourism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
