Front-of-House Staff Wanted

We are seeking an experienced front-of-house professional to join our team. As a front-of-house staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage the restaurant's front-of-house operations, including seating, serving, and taking orders.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Upsell and promote menu items to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a front-of-house role in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements and protocols.
  • Availability to work Friday-Sunday, with occasional evening shifts on Tuesdays-Sundays.
