The Role:

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone's tastes. We are seeking experienced and professional Bar Supervisors to join our team working in the casino.

About the Job:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Demonstrate leadership and support to team members
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as responsible service of alcohol guidelines
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and promotional activities
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and monitor stock rotation to minimise waste

You'll Bring:

Previous leadership experience in a high-volume bar environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, overnights and weekends
Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example and ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered
Oversee the daily operations of the bars, ensuring efficient management of staff and inventory
Work closely with the management team to drive business growth and improve profitability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
