We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager who can lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth through effective change management practices. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles and practices, including process mapping, assessment, planning, and implementation.

As a Change Manager, you will work closely with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation of changes, including developing and implementing communication plans, training programs, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and report on project and operational changes impacting staff and processes
  • Develop and distribute communications to support internal communications
  • Conduct change impact assessments to determine the level of impact on operations
  • Develop and maintain divisional Operating Models, Business Process Maps, and change implementation plans
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather information and communicate changes
