Our team owns the entire lifecycle of data centers, from initial design to ongoing operations. We're not just building facilities - we're creating scalable, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure that powers innovation for our customers.

We're seeking an experienced Data Center Architect to join our APAC team. As a subject matter expert, you'll have a direct impact on the design of prototypical data center facilities, provide technical guidance to team members, solve large-scale implementation issues, site master planning, and develop a strong understanding of national and international design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with design and engineering professionals to conceptualize and build projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of data center designs and features.
  • Develop and maintain Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural/civil/structural elements.
  • Create architectural/civil/structural design RFPs.
  • Manage external design consultants and coordinate with internal and external MEP design engineers.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule, and consistency.
  • Travel internationally for site assessments, consultant selection activities, design meetings, construction reviews, and to interface with authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Anticipated travel not to exceed 25%.
  • Perform and present business case analysis.
  • Motivated, dependable, and capable of working with limited oversight.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • An accredited architecture degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial facilities and 3+ years in mission-critical facility design.
  • Working experience with MEP engineering consultants (vendor and consultant management skills).
  • Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standards across the APAC region.
  • The ability to travel internationally for multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
