We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our Northwest Mining & Industrial Team at Duratec Australia. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data from various mining sites into concise reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities- Extract and transform raw data from multiple databases, including Excel spreadsheets and Primavera P6 schedules.
- Deliver insightful, actionable, and timely reports by establishing reliable data sets, tools, and processes for repeatable results.
- Understand the constraints around the source of the raw data and find solutions to maintain data integrity.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Develop project and program-level interactive Power BI dashboards.
- You have a sound understanding of project management and project control systems and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in construction administration is desirable but not essential.
- Contract administration experience is desirable but not essential.
- You have experience creating data-led and customized reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- You are able to demonstrate the ability to extract, analyze, and edit large amounts of data.
