The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Childcare Centre Manager or Centre Director to lead a fantastic team and take Montessori Academy's already outstanding educational program to the next level. This role is highly dynamic and fast-paced, giving the right candidate the opportunity to work autonomously and truly make the service their own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality Montessori education
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of preschool-aged children
  • Ensure compliance with industry legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Build strong relationships with families and the community
  • Manage resources and budgets to support the delivery of high-quality education
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Two or more years' experience managing a childcare service
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work shifts between 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
