Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer to drive innovation and excellence within our engineering team.

This role involves coding, reviewing, and architecting solutions using cutting-edge technologies like React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Mobile frameworks. Your work will directly support our Domain Strategy and help us deliver products that solve genuine customer challenges.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to align software solutions with business goals. You will also mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and contribute to engineering efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions in partnership with your team.
  • Stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.
  • Lead and promote engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as FrontEnd and Architecture Guilds.
  • Manage system health and address technical debt within your owned services. Mentor junior engineers in solution design and software development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and proactively improve system reliability.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve software quality and reduce incidents.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with React, NodeJS and/or TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, including incident response and system maintenance.
