Job Description

The role of Residential Sales Estimator offers an exciting opportunity to combine construction expertise with a client-focused sales career in the residential building industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed quotes and accurate project estimates based on client needs, presenting proposals and closing sales using construction knowledge, guiding clients through every stage of the renovation or new build process, liaising with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery, and driving personal success with an attractive commission structure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the building industry
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Formal qualification in building or a trade certificate (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation, drive, and a passion for helping clients achieve their dream homes
  • Ability to prepare accurate quotes and estimates for residential projects
  • Eagerness to transition into a client-facing, sales-focused role
