As a data analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance by providing accurate and timely financial insights.

About the Role
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel, tracking contracts and credits, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Validate entitlement criteria against program rules or internal guidelines to minimize errors.
  • Prepare and submit claims through vendor consoles with complete documentation and clear justification.
  • Verify that all claims have the required evidence, approvals, and outcome notes to ensure compliance.
  • Produce weekly credit status updates and month-end checklists to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Follow standardized procedures and templates, suggesting process improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather documentation and approvals, fostering effective relationships.
  • Share progress updates and highlight any issues in team standups, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, leverage AI, and reduce costs, driving business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to tasks, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficient in using Excel, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas, to analyze complex data sets.
  • Effective written communication skills, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation, to ensure clarity and precision.
  • Interest in cloud, finance, or operations, and a willingness to learn AWS billing concepts, to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation, with a desire to explore innovative solutions, to drive business forward.
  • Previous experience in business analysis or finance administration is an asset, but not mandatory, as we value diversity and talent.
