Senior Reporting Analyst

About this role

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Analyst to join our Client and Health Analytics teams.
  • As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation with analytics products and advice.
  • You will lead on the use of analytics methods to achieve your team's goals, translating data into insight, advice, and information products.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership on the use of analytics methods to achieve business objectives.
  • Translate data into insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of complex data and experience with querying databases.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar tools).
  • Experience working with statistical techniques and data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Leadership qualities such as mentoring, coaching and end-to-end delivery.
