About the Role

As a Commodity Manager - Subcontracts and Design, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key designers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performances to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services. You will also define the procurement and negotiation strategy, with a focus on achieving the relative money-saving targets and on consolidating the suppliers, by coordinating the team of reference projects.

About You

We are looking for a courageous, innovative, and passionate individual who is capable of hands-on management of major subcontract and design packages. You should have a proven track record in Corporate Commodity/Category Management, contracts management experience, and familiarity with Contract law and conditions. You should also be able to negotiate and have a high level of knowledge of the main cost drivers, cost analysis methods, and ability to analyze financial statements.
