Job Description:

As a key member of our food services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner.

Working closely with the Chef, you will be responsible for meal preparation, plating, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation. You will also ensure that your assigned work area is clean and ready for handover to the next shift, restocking supplies as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of temperatures and complete checklists to ensure adherence to strict food safety protocols. Furthermore, you will be required to uphold personal hygiene standards at all times and adhere to relevant health and safety protocols.
