Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Medibank Private Limited. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will possess a cross-set of skills and diversity that equip you to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems, and to serve local customers in the communication channels of their choice.
You will be a curious, creative, and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a real difference to the health of our customers and community.
About You- You are a multitasking super star with the ability to apply your knowledge across various channels including virtual messaging, face-to-face as well as our phone-based systems.
- You thrive on providing great service to the local community. Growing and keeping your customer base is critically important to you.

- You will possess strong diligence particularly when providing (the right) products and services to your customers, and you are always fastidious about interaction accuracy and the protection of your customers' privacy.
