We are seeking an experienced Project/Contract Manager to join our team in Grafton, NSW. As a key member of our Network and Assets, Maintenance and Delivery North team, you will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of transport infrastructure or maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans to achieve Transport for NSW and Government road safety, asset management, and network efficiency objectives.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks that could impact project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant engineering degree and solid experience managing and leading teams in project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of slope stabilisation, civil construction, and geotechnical industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong track record of building and maintaining strong internal and external networks.
