Junior Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a junior lawyer to join our legal team in Adelaide. As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with experienced counsel and business stakeholders across various legal matters.

About the Role
  • Provide timely and commercially sound legal advice to senior leaders across the business.
  • Support legal matters relating to commercial contracts, procurement, and operational projects.
  • Assist with employment law issues, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Support legal input on strategic business projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and joint ventures.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors as required to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
About You
  • 1-2 years' post-admission experience, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
  • Exposure to corporate, commercial, or employment law is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work in a high-performing team.
