**Product Demonstrator Role**

We are seeking an individual to work with our team as a product demonstrator at Costco.

This is a casual opportunity where you will be responsible for generating brand awareness and increasing sales through:

- Sampling, displaying, and promoting food/drinks and non-food products such as appliances or merchandise
- Providing product samples to customers and explaining all features of the product Preparing samples quickly and as per required standards
- Engaging and building rapport while communicating with customers face-to-face regarding the product
- Encouraging customers to purchase the product by providing helpful hints
- Also, involved in setting up and preparing event areas and displaying market vendor products as per our guidelines
- Required to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster
- Comfortable with a standing role for +6 hours in a customer-facing position
- Hospitality/Retail experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Full training provided
- Willing to work with product demonstrations relating to food & drinks
- Can commit to working on a rotating roster between 10 am - 5 pm or as required
- RSA/Barista certification is an advantage
