**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Baby Bunting. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Take parents through product features by demonstrating how they work, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help, providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Stay on top of stock levels around the store, ensuring we are always stocked with the latest products.
  • Work a 3-day a week roster, which includes some weekend work, to meet the needs of our customers.

**What You'll Bring**

  • Understanding of the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood.
  • Ability to expertly guide customers through our range of brands and products.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with high standards in customer service.
