Receivable Collection Specialist

This is a great opportunity to work as an Accounts Receivable Officer.
You will be part of a dedicated and professional team in the aged care sector.
**About the Role**:
The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing centralised accounts receivable for the organisation.
Duties include:
- Issuing and collecting resident agreements and other associated documents in a timely manner.
- Accurately processing all resident information, including new admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Preparing monthly billing for all residents and facilitating timely fee collection.
- Maintaining accurate records for residents, including fees & charges, Refundable Accommodation Bonds, Unit Lease Sales.
- Responding to resident financial queries from stakeholders.
- Preparing reports, such as monthly accounts.
The role supports the wider finance team and liaises closely with others, including the Accountant, Financial Controller, and General Manager, Finance and Corporate Services.
The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
Previous experience in debt collection, finance, or a related field is highly regarded.
