Digital Communications Specialist

This role plays a vital part in developing WA Health's online presence and related digital communications. The position supports internal and external online communications.
Main Responsibilities- To develop and maintain WA Health's online presence and ensure it aligns with organisational goals
- To support the creation and publication of digital content, ensuring it meets high standards
- To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure online communications are effective and meet organisational objectives
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of digital communication principles and practices.
Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields like communications, media, or marketing
- Experience in digital communication roles, preferably within government agencies
- Strong knowledge of web development principles and technologies
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
