Key Roles and Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled professional to assume key responsibilities within the core consensus domain. This role requires expertise in consensus, asynchronous distributed ledger technology, and communication between nodes.

Main Objectives:
  • Develop and implement algorithms to enhance security and performance of go-opera.
  • Pursue improvements through implementation in Golang.
  • Collaborate with the core consensus team for research, feedback, implementation, and testing.
  • Create comprehensive test cases.
  • Evaluate testing on validator and read-only nodes across both testnet and mainnet environments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Golang programming language.
  • Familiarity with aBFT, BFT, and PoS concepts.
  • Previous work experience in Geth and EVM platforms.
  • Additional relevant skills (networking, distributed systems, graph theory).
