This position involves operating CNC press brakes and ensuring the production of high-quality metal parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal forming and fabrication, as well as excellent communication skills.

About This Role:

  • Operate CNC press brakes to produce metal parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to meet production targets and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to preventative equipment maintenance at an operator level.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues and share ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in sheet metal fabrication techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of metal forming and basic fabrication principles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed.
