Job Opportunity
">Our team is seeking a Retail Security Officer to support the safety and security of our clients' staff and stores. This role involves interacting with customers, providing a loss prevention presence, and engaging in door greeting and store patrols.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to deal with difficult situations, and have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Greeting customers at store entrances and registers
">- Engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
">- Liaising with store management and team members
">- Assisting staff with difficult customers
">- Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs or Mental Health indicators
">- Conducting random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
">- Assisting with emergency management and completing incident reports as required
">The successful candidate will possess a valid Security Officer Licence, current First Aid certificate/CPR, and a Drivers Licence.
