Job Overview

The role of Production Planner is to support the planning, procurement, and engineering divisions in Brisbane and Alice Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning functions, processes, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned aircraft/projects during the lifecycle.
  • Manage schedules and project timelines for assigned aircraft/projects.
  • Prepare and distribute work packs for assigned projects.
  • Manage spare, tooling, and consumable requirements, and NRCs raised while projects are in production.
  • Implement work pack revisions, supplements, and amendments for assigned projects.
  • Manage production control of customer-specific requirements and outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation experience in planning, technical services, and/or engineering. They should also possess excellent customer, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously within strict timelines.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in aviation-related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Project, and IT-based maintenance information systems.
  • High level of attention to detail.
