A seasoned project director is sought to oversee infrastructure projects in Australia, providing leadership to teams and guiding clients towards successful outcomes.
About the Role:This position involves managing complex projects at local, national, and international levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and a solid background in project management principles.
Key responsibilities include developing high-quality service delivery, leading business development efforts, and enhancing the company's brand reputation.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to drive process improvements and commercial outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, promoting quality culture and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- A recognized degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
- Extensive experience managing projects in consultancy environments for government and contractor clients.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop teams.
- Motivation and passion for client success.
- Established relationships within the civil infrastructure sector in Victoria, connections in water and energy sectors desirable.
