Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to join our team as part of an intensive training program. This comprehensive six-month program offers technical and sales skills training through classroom sessions, hands-on experience, and mentoring from experienced leaders and peers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presents cloud-based data solutions and strategic vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
  • Leverages domain expertise to align data solutions with customers' business and technical challenges.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to demonstrate and communicate the value of cloud technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of emerging technologies and vendors and how to position cloud-based solutions in relation to them.
  • Contributes to global Sales Engineering initiatives and drives customer adoption of cloud data platforms.

Key Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of translating customer needs into effective technical solutions.
  • A passion for data-driven innovation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to present complex data concepts to diverse audiences via whiteboard sessions or presentations and demos.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, Java, cloud technology, or data analytics.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in Sales Engineering and drive customer success.
