Carer - Dementia Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team at HammondCare Horsley. As a Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents with dementia, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, including showering, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Engage with residents, promoting their involvement in activities and ensuring their needs are met
- Recognise and respond to changes in residents' conditions, reporting any concerns to management
- Passion for serving elderly people and making a positive impact on their lives
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and experience of caring for people with dementia
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care is highly regarded
