Clinical Services Manager

As a Clinical Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supporting operational management within the Home.

We deliver Australia's first fully integrated healthcare service, with aged care at its heart. Our high-rise residential aged care home in Melbourne offers premium care and lifestyle services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management to oversee clinical operations
  • Lead, mentor and develop care teams
  • Manage education and staff competency
  • Support staff in quality assessments, care planning and reviews
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture
  • Provide compassionate support to residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • Australian work rights
