Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional patient care and support the smooth running of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and greeting patients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and requests
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Ensuring the reception and waiting area are kept tidy and well-organized
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and medical practice software
