As a critical member of our logistics customer service team, this Freight Investigator role involves handling enquiries with customers and carriers.

Key responsibilities include investigating issues regarding missing, damaged or delayed freight, coordinating local, interstate and international pick-ups and bookings with customers, generating consignment paperwork for customers, and assisting customers in determining the best carrier for any given situation.
