Role Summary

This role embodies the SHEIKE brand, leading by example and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.

A high-performing leader is required to lead, coach, develop & influence others while driving commercial outcomes, excellent operations and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control.
  • Assist in managing your roster & wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering.
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop & influence others.
  • Drive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent operations and stock management.
  • Be a brand ambassador every day.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion.
  • Exceptional customer service & styling skills.
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results.
  • Strong understanding of KPI's and their impact on the business.
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
  • Experience in leading, recruiting & developing a team.
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment.
  • Self-motivated & a strong communicator.
