About Cyber Security Role

This is a key position within the Integrated Energy business unit, acting as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity matters.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on cybersecurity matters to support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted cybersecurity advisor
  • Represent cybersecurity in business unit planning, projects, audits, and incident response
  • Help shape initiatives that reduce cyber risk and avoid security or technical debt
  • Ensure cyber controls and standards are built into systems, data, processes, and customer journeys
  • Provide regular reporting, service-level oversight, and act as escalation point for security concerns
  • Stay ahead of changing regulations and ensure compliance impacts are well understood
  • Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training across the business unit

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience influencing at senior levels
  • Strategic thinking and a pragmatic, risk-based approach to cybersecurity
  • Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a relevant field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and drive security outcomes across multiple business areas
  • Experience in Cybersecurity governance, risk, and advisory in Operational Technology environments

Job Requirements
