This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability, injury or health conditions.

As a Partnerships Coach, you will work side-by-side with participants to understand their strengths and aspirations, provide tailored coaching, link them to career opportunities and collaborate with employers to open doors.

You will engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment, broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client alignment, prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training, facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion, build employer and community networks to create job opportunities, promote Breakthru as a trusted provider helping people with disability achieve career goals, meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks, and champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings empathy, energy and a drive to make a difference. You should have experience in or passion for employment services, be confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them into meaningful careers. You should be outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You should enjoy understanding an employer's business and how to deliver staffing solutions that fit, have strong relationship-building skills to connect with clients and employers, and be confident delivering training and applying inclusive employment practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client alignment.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider helping people with disability achieve career goals.
