Contract Services Coordinator

The Contract Services Coordinator role presents an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Planning and Contract Services team.
This position involves providing contract planning services to principal contractors who service our rail network. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reports, identifying and rectifying resourcing conflicts, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy planning and working in a close-knit team, this could be your next opportunity.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as a key point of contact for centrally managed contracted services through collaboration with maintenance delivery teams and network operations
- Maintain reports including contractor performance and utilization
- Identify and rectify resourcing conflicts across centrally managed contracts
- Ensure that contractual obligations are being met
- Analyze and provide feedback on key metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Able to quickly adapt to new systems
- Keen eye for detail and able to identify and resolve conflicts or constraints
- Ability to manage own time to meet key deadlines
- Works well in a close-knit team environment
