- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and delivery functions to shape bid strategies and lead opportunity pursuit through tender briefings and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regional priorities, and emerging opportunities in the civil infrastructure space.
- Proven experience in business development, project leadership or estimating roles within the civil infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrated success winning work in Queensland across road, rail, water, energy, or defence markets.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including TMR, local councils, utilities, and private developers.
- A commercially minded communicator with strong influencing skills and technical credibility.
- Solutions-focused, proactive, and driven by growth in the infrastructure sector.
