Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver and evaluate HSE training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Support and lead HSE national projects across the organization, including incident investigations and risk assessments
- Lead local HSE communications and engagement activities to promote a culture of safety and well-being
- Assist with the implementation of LAS' National HSE strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Advanced Diploma in WHS or equivalent
- ICAM Lead investigator certification
- Rehabilitation & Return to Work Certificate
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Experience in high-risk industries in a senior role
