Skills and Duties:
With an immediate start available, you will be required to:

Develop, deliver and evaluate HSE training programs
Support and Lead HSE National projects across the organisation
Lead and conduct timely and effective incident investigations
Assist with the implementation of LAS' National HSE strategy
Lead local HSE communications and engagement activities
Have a strong commitment to safe work environment and continuous improvement
Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Provide a high level of subject expert HSE advice to site managers and team members

Essential Requirements:

Advanced Diploma in WHS
ICAM Lead investigator
Rehabilitation & Return to Work Certificate
Certificate IV Training and Assessment
Lead Auditor

Desirable Requirements:

Experience in High-risk industry in a Senior role previously

And most importantly … demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
