Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals? We are seeking Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to those in need. As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care and mobility assistance

• Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)

• Social support and community access

• Supporting clients with physical or cognitive disabilities

• Working with Transport Accident Commission clients in line with recovery and independence goals

• Assisting older Australians to remain independent at home

We welcome candidates with a genuine passion for caring, reliability, and a professional attitude. Hourly rate starting from $36.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing, Disability or Home and Community Care

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Police Check (within 12 months)

• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Bonus points if you have:

• Certificate IV in Ageing Support and/or Certificate IV in Disability

• Experience working with Transport Accident Commission clients or people with complex support needs

• Is able to work independently and as part of a team

• Is willing to learn and take on new challenges
