We are currently looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings from Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cooking, handling, and preparing food with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
  • Efficiently processing transactions and operating the register with accuracy and speed.
  • Filling and maintaining the presentation of stock to enhance the overall visual appeal of the establishment.
  • Adhering to all relevant Company policies and procedures, including those related to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food Safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food handling and preparation is highly desirable.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff through strong customer service skills is essential.
  • A flexible roster is required, as we operate 7 days a week.
  • A high standard of personal presentation is expected at all times.
  • You should be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
