Remote Personal Care Workers Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
The role involves delivering personalized care to clients with complex and high-intensity needs. You will be responsible for maintaining client dignity, comfort, and independence, while also communicating effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and time management skills, as well as a high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or a similar qualification, along with a minimum 12 months' experience in high-intensity or complex care environments.
Other requirements include current First Aid & CPR certification, a Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, reliable transport, and an open driver's license.
