The Role

We are seeking a talented Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at the Bonds Palmerston store. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and empowering experience for customers
  • Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain clear and upbeat communication skills, showcasing enthusiasm and passion for retail and customer service
  • Be flexible and adaptable to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for retail and customer service
  • An ability to think on your feet and use your initiative to provide solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
