Looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your administrative skills to contribute to the success of our team? As a Trust Account Administrator, you will play a vital part in managing trust accounts and performing various administrative duties.

About this Role:

  • This is a full-time permanent position offering a consistent schedule with Monday to Friday hours
  • You will be responsible for managing trust account processes, including overdraws and EFTs, as well as assisting with trust account reporting and supporting the bookkeeper with daily tasks
  • Your role will also involve processing post-settlement letters and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
  • Additionally, you will provide general admin support, including answering emails and handling ad hoc requests, as well as some PA duties from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage trust account processes, including overdraws and EFTs
  2. Assist with trust account reporting and support the bookkeeper with daily tasks
  3. Process post-settlement letters and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely
  4. Provide general admin support, including answering emails and handling ad hoc requests
  5. Perform some PA duties from time to time

Requirements:

  • You should have strong admin skills and some level of experience in the finance space able to grow into the role
  • Experience with trust accounts is highly advantageous - even at a junior level to be able to grow into the role
  • You must have strong administrative and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Legal experience is a bonus, but not essential - however, a strong willingness to learn is key
  • You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused approach
