Are Media is seeking a skilled Shopping Content Producer to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for creating and optimising compelling shopping content for organic search and emerging search platforms, driving audience growth and revenue.

This role requires a deep understanding of the search engine optimisation and e-commerce landscapes, as well as the skills to create, optimise, and position content that engages audiences and drives consumer purchase while maintaining brand tone, integrity, and authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with content teams to create and publish high-quality, unique, and exclusive on-brand content to grow audiences and market share online, build loyalty and engagement, and drive sales conversions.
  • Sourcing, pitching, writing, editing, auditing, and optimising compelling audience-first evergreen and seasonal shopping content for organic search and emerging search platforms across Are Media's portfolio of brands.
  • Sharing best practices in affiliate content and SEO, offering guidance and support to others.
  • Pitching new and innovative ideas and campaigns to drive audience and commercial potential.
  • Collaborating with Social & Email teams to ideate and execute on new ways to connect shopping on various platforms.
  • Using data and tools to create insights and understandings that inform strategies for audience and revenue growth from affiliate content.
  • Applying SEO and keyword research and audience data to drive traffic to and engagement in affiliate-led content.
  • Analysing traffic and conversion results from past content to make recommendations for future stories.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the SEO landscape.
  • Well-developed skills and knowledge about writing for digital media.
  • Experience with content management systems, photo editing, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding and experience with using various social media platforms and referrers to drive audiences and engagement with shoppable content.
  • Experience in and passion for content ideation.
  • Interest and/or understanding of shopping trends and using review content.
