Job Opportunity

As a Production Line Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and leading our production team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 9.5 hour shift schedule, working any four days a week, Monday to Friday.

  • Lead by Example: Provide guidance on product, equipment, and best practices as a process expert on the production line
  • Supervise and Mentor: Support 3PL staff as required, and provide assistance to operators in areas such as fault finding, defect analysis, and line set-up
  • Train and Develop: Train new operators on department procedures and best practices, and assist with writing and updating SOPs
  • Collaborate and Improve: Work with the CI Lead, Operators, Shift Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Owners to identify and implement process improvements
  • Validate and Maintain: Own the validation of process control, CCPs, and critical Safety and FSQ equipment, ensuring up-to-date validation and calibration
  • Support the Team: Act as a deputy for Process Owner/Area Leads when required, and assist with NPD trials and special projects
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing
  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Basic computer literacy with a willingness to improve computer skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills, with a forklift ticket desirable
