Our organization seeks a skilled Quality Engineer to join its team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the manufacturing process by conducting inspections and testing products.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of quality objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance in aerospace/defense/maritime industries.
  • Familiarity with design review and quality management principles.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes.
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and statistical tools.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in developing quality systems for complex manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with AS 9100/ISO 9001-based Quality Management System requirements.
  • Experience with IPC standards and government contracts.
