Masterplanned Communities Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of our masterplanned communities.

- As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of diverse projects from acquisition through delivery, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge to steer product strategy and ensure every release meets our high standards for commercial success and community benefit.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, authorities and internal partners will be critical in driving deadlines and outcomes while maintaining a human touch.
- You will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor junior talents, helping shape not just projects but careers.
About You
- With 3+ years of experience in property development, preferably in land or built form, you possess a strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as tertiary qualifications in property, planning, engineering, finance or a related discipline, are essential.
- A personable, positive and driven approach, with high attention to detail, is required.
